Charlie Krylo and crew aboard the J24 Seaweed take top honors at the 2009 EYC Regatta. Seaweed from Oswego Yacht Club took first overall in the forty-two boat fleet capturing the Overall Regatta Spinnaker Champion PHRF-LO trophy and the City of Belleville Overall Lowest Corrected time for all races. Charlie and crew sail regularly in Oswego Yacht Club's Racing series and can be seen competing in J24 Regattas across District 7.
